National Literacy Month - Picture Books

Alameda County Library's Education and Literacy Services community program helps people read to learn, speak to everyone they choose to, and write to anyone using anything. By reaching their personal goals, they can build the lives they want. September is National Literacy Month! Join us in celebrating by reading a book that highlights the power of literacy and learning.
