Books on Music in Adult Non-Fiction - Summer Adventure 2024

Music enriches our lives and engages our brain by stimulating our sense of hearing. It enables us to concentrate, to memorize and to hone our listening skills. Music provides the soundtrack of our lives, and defines entire generations. This list represents but a small sampling of the different musical genres you can learn about through the Alameda County Library! Alameda County Library invites you to come along for our 2024 Summer Adventure: Engaging the Senses from 6/1 - 8/1. Let's go on an adventure of the senses—from the physical to our unique sense of humor, pride, and curiosity.
