This is a great story from Agatha Christie. The acting, backgrounds and props are perfect for the time period. My complaint of this movie is the producers injecting political statements into the story. Two are hidden in this movie: One is Homosexuality and the other of the killing of 21 tribesmen in Africa. They do not say Africa but they state it was over diamonds so that sums that location up. Neither of this homosexuality or anti-colonialism is in the book. Can we just leave the political propaganda out and let us enjoy the story. We watch movies to go somewhere else....Well, at least I do. The acting is superb. What would Agatha say? She would be amazed that in 2019 we are enjoying her story!
