Still can't get his daddy's approval. Sad.

Behold, a book "written" by the son of the worst president in the history of our country. It's no mystery why he casts such a profound spell over the poorly-educated, the barely employed, the financially desperate, and congenitally gullible.

This is the worst book of the 21st century. After reading the first few chapters, I felt like I had just swallowed rat poison.

First of all, I was put off by the critique offered by Publishers Weekly. It was so biased it was of no good. SFPL should know better than to post poor writing like that, and by using it, as a leading book critique, it serves to be nothing more than a tacit endorsement. Let the reader decide for himself and spare us your self-inflated opinions. Other than that, the book did not offer any significant insights to an educated reader. The reaction from the bad reviews was mostly based on the title itself, and I suspect most of those "readers" never actually read it.

I agree with godsamazinggrace1 -- this comment box is not twitter nor is it a place for political battles. If you didn't like the book -- that's your right -- but please don't air your political biases here. I myself enjoyed the book. I thought Don Jr wrote about his life - his opinions - his ideas. There was humor, there was anger, and I believe there was truth. Again, I liked it. And I would recommend it to others. Just know that Don Jr. is a conservative - a Republican - and he defends his father - President Trump. Thank you Don Jr for a good read.

I got the sense that Don Jr was trying to brand himself an "everyman" for a future campaign. I have no way to know how many of the stories he tells about his own life are true, but it is clear he is not an honest person.
Two things that really stood out to me were that he called "white supremacists" a veiled reference by the media for Christians (wow!) and that he used the first paragraph of a satire piece from the Yale newspaper and falsely represented it as an attack on Republicans on college campuses (https://yaledailynews.com/blog/2018/04/13/yale-needs-to-stop-accepting-republican-students/).
When he deals with actual issues he typically quickly builds strawmen for himself to knock down while peppering his prose with juvenile asides.

Seriously, who would waste their time reading this crap when there is so much else out there to enjoy reading.

This book became New York Times #1 Non-Fiction Bestseller within a week of it being published and available for the public to buy and read. Also, this book made it onto Washington Post's bestsellers for hardcover non fiction. I definitely recommend this book, but if you're not a fan or supporter of the Republican Party, be warned that you might get yourself all worked up and triggered by the things you might read that you do not agree with or like to hear. The main thing is to restrain yourself if you read something you do not like or agree or simply just stop reading and put it down if it's overwhelming for you or too much for you. There is some usage of slang terms and swearing so read at your own discretion, this book is not suitable for non mature readers and I think it's suitable for people who are 15 years old and up.

This book has a dagger beside it on the NYT best seller list which indicates big bulk purchases. The Republicans so desperate to get this book noticed started off by buying $100,000 worth.
So cheating to get on the list. Who's surprised?

Let's make the World Righteous and Conscientious Again! Get the damn Political Correctness, Hypocrisy, leftism, and Globalists along with Deep State out of our world, political arenas, all social media, and all other areas and societies so that ordinary people with common sense can lead a sensible and respectable life in a balanced and moral and ethical view.
Let's make Human World more Human-like Again!!
Also, all people with common sense from all walks of lie should voice up mustering our strength and power with dignity up to confront these headless, upside-down viewed, greedy, colossal and destructive monsters intimidating all human races only with their delusions!

Thank Mr. Trump and Trump Jr., the author of the book beyond measure for letting more people learn how the reality goes and how absurd and nonsensical this world runs!

Hope and believe that Mr. Trump is RE-elected as President of the USA and continues to do unprecedented historical and triumphant works for all humanities as well as for his nation!

All the very best of luck to Mr. Trump and Trumps including the author Mr. Trump Jr. in 2020!!!!!!!!!!
