A very interesting read. Don't get me wrong, I loved it, and have reread it multiple times, however, the relationship between the two love interests is not a relationship I would classify as "relationship goals". A lot of people don't like this book due to the possessive and obsessive behavior that the male love interest shows in the story, and to those people that don't want to read this book because of that reason, I just want to say "I completely understand".

This book is not for everyone. This is a love story that many people would not necessarily want to be in, but I think that in itself is the reason that this book draws so many people in. This book is about struggle and dealing with behaviors that have been ingrained in people from childhood. This book is not a story that shows a good healthy relationship between two people and I think that is okay, under specific circumstances. Would I recommend this book to a teenager in high school? Maybe. But only under the circumstances that the teenager completely understood that this is not the ideal relationship and is not what they should be striving for. And that goes for all readers wanting to read this book. This is a guilty pleasure book that has a good plot and some good characters. I think it is an enjoyable read but not an example of a good relationship. I don't think the author was trying to say that is relationship is okay. This is a fiction book. It was written to entertain readers and probably send a message. Well, what is that message? The message might be, "be careful in your personal relationships", or "bad boys are sexy", or "this is real life". The message of the story is purely subjective and is completely based off of the reader.

Again, I would recommend this book for an amazing read, but only to those who understand what a healthy relationship looks like.

I really enjoyed it! The story takes you through their struggling relationship and you won't want to miss a page. I'm currently reading the next book "Walking Disaster" which is Travis' POV, and I must say it's quite interesting!

This novel always makes me feel exhilarated and shows that love comes in many forms.

New York Times Bestseller????? I made it through two chapters and I can’t believe I punished myself for that long. Perhaps I put the book down to soon but I just couldn’t put up with the stupidity of the characters.

A complicated romance novel. When Abby Abernathy meets Travis Maddox, she never expects to fall in love with him, as he’s the complete opposite of her. However, after losing a bet, Abby moves in with Travis for a month. They gradually spend more time together and become more than friends. This book shows how raw love can be, and what sacrifices people make for those they deeply care about. A roller-coaster ride of emotions and exciting surprises throughout!

Travis is officially my new book boyfriend. He is such an annoying character at times ,and he is such an amazing character at times. I fell in love with him. This is a laugh out loud, cry, vent, jaw dropping kind of book. you'll love it!!!

Some people say that is book is not that good. That the story goes from yes to no between Abby and Travis. However, I think this book is just wonderful! Beautiful Disaster is the only book that I can re-read more than once, and I never have gotten bored. I think that this book has a wonderful plot, and is really interesting. Though I do agree that the Abby and Travis shouldn't have taken the whole book to be together, then break up, then be together for about the rest of their life. I personally think that I would like to know something about the wedding, or America point of view about this.

During the first disc, I wanted to quit, but I pressed on once I understood the conflict and was looking forward to how the author was going to resolve the issue. What a disappointment! This story had great promise, but the author lacked the ability to craft the story and its ending. Additionally, I felt the author was irresponsible in glossing over the fact that the two main characters took no responsibility or had seemingly little remorse for violent or illegal activity.

Wasn't what I expected. The book isdialogue driven, which I liked. But I didn't like the type of relationship between Travis and "Pidge". It seemed so unhealthy, and his possessive behaviour turned me off to him. When Pidge was given the opportunity to get out of her bet with him, I think any other rational woman would have left, instead of putting herself through that roller coaster of emotional drama. Halfway through the book the plot picked up after we find out her life story, and why she behaves the way she does. But it wasn't until then that there is any real cohesion. Until then I got so tired of the back forth between the two. GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY is what I kept thinking. Frustrating read at times. But entertaining. Not enough for me to read the second book though.
