Add a CommentI love this story! The narration was excellent.
Must HAVE been.
This was a wonderful audiobook to listen to! Flo Gibson, the narrator, must of been a veteran at it...she maintained multiple accents and tones for different characters all throughout the tale! I highly recommend it. It made my first reading of "Jane Eyre" very pleasant, indeed.
It is important to select the reader that best suits your ear. Personally I dislike the voice of Nadia May & find Josephine Bailey more pleasing to my ear. Unfortunately some Bronte books I'd like to listen to are read by David Case, a voice I just cannot endure.
I've read the book before, but I enjoyed revisiting it in this audiobook. There were many parts of the story which I had forgotten, and it's definitely worth a re-read (or listen!)
