Improve your relaxation, posture & energy flow

Eight Brocades is a popular set of Qigong exercises. It is easy to learn and may support overall health and relaxation.

Instructor Jing Liu will guide you through gentle stand-and-follow postures. The exercises are designed for all fitness levels, including people with movement limitations.


Benefits of this practice:

  • Beginner-friendly and suitable for many ages and abilities
  • You may notice right away that it helps improve breathing, reduce stress, and increase energy 
  • Can be done in small spaces with no equipment
  • Simple enough to practice on your own

This class is a low-impact, mindful way to stay active. 

No previous experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
