Artist Karen Haughey will lead us through the creation of collaborative artworks, with participants building on each other's work. The library will have some supplies on hand but you are encouraged to bring your own. The choice of supplies is on a first-come basis. Please sign up only if you are sure you will attend.
For over forty years, Karen Haughey has been an intuitive artist, illustrator, and author. In her art, Karen has been influenced by the poignant words of Kahlil Gibran: "Art is one step from the visibly known toward the unknown."
Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests!
An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven business days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org.
