Veterans: Do you find it difficult to get over to the peninsula? Do you have medical questions? The Palo Alto VA Medical Mobile Outreach team will be visiting the Union City Library. No appointment needed. Simply come and be seen and have your questions answered.

• Consultations
• Toxic Exposure Screening
• Resources and Referrals

...to Veterans currently enrolled in the VA Healthcare system. No appointment needed.

If you have not enrolled or are uncertain about your eligibility for medical and/or mental health services VA staff can provide assistance and answer your questions. If you are NOT currently in the VA system, please bring an extra copy of your DD214.

An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least three business days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org.
