Let your loved ones know what you would like to experience at the end of life from personal requests for memorial services, flowers in your room, or music you prefer. You will learn to communicate these desires clearly, ensuring your legacy and values are honored just as you intend. You will write a death plan to share. Writing supplies will be provided.

Presenter:

Sarah Hill is an end-of-life doula and the founder of East Bay Doula for the Dying, LLC in the Bay Area, California. She supports individuals who are dying, as well as their families and caregivers, in navigating the final stages of life with intention and dignity.
