Tax preparation is provided through the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in partnership with the Earn it! Keep it! Save it! Coalition of the United Way Bay Area.

Trained volunteers will prepare and file taxes for persons/households earning less than $67,000 in 2024.

Taxpayers should bring:

• Photo ID
• Social Security card or ITIN for taxpayer, spouse and all dependents
• W-2s, 1099s, 1098s, 1095s and any other tax documents received
• Voided check for direct deposit

This program will be held on Saturdays, from February 7 through April 12, 2026.

Walk in only. There are no appointments or reservations.
Assistance is first-come/first-served.


An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least three business days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org
