Practicing yoga helps kids to sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. This instructor-led program will take the kids and their caregivers through gentle yoga poses. Recommended Ages: 2 - 5 years.
Please dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel. No prior experience required.
Space is limited. Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Akila Padmanabhan is a yoga teacher pursuing a diploma in yoga therapy. She began her yoga journey over 5 years ago and teaches wellness yoga, prenatal yoga and therapy yoga classes for kids and adults.
