Description

A look at the gigantic animals that roamed Fremont area and coastal California. Irvington area of Fremont is one of the best preserved site of these Pleistocene fossils (Ice Age). Families will learn about sabertooth cats, mammoths, camels, mastodons, and many more large animals. Learn about this fantastic story by looking at real fossils and the newly renovated Children's Natural History Museum in Fremont (funded by California Natural Resources.)

This event is for kids of all ages and their families.

Space is limited. Free tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be distributed at the ticket line in the Children’s Section 15 minutes before the program starts.
