Celebrate Dia with a fun storytime presented by First 5!

Enjoy stories, songs, and movement activities, followed by a simple craft. 

This program is intended for children ages 2-5 and their families. All are welcome. 

Free tickets will be given out at the children's desk 15 minutes before the event begins. 

Día, short for Día de los niños/Día de los libros (Children's Day/Book Day), is held on April 30 and is a celebration of children and literacy. Día recognizes that children come from various backgrounds, cultures, languages, and abilities, and their books should reflect this.

Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! 

An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org.
