Yoga for Stress Relief

Description

Join us for a breath-centered practice focused on slowing down the flow of thoughts and activating the body's relaxation response. This beginner-friendly, slow-paced yoga class is accessible to everyone, including those who prefer using a chair instead of sitting on the floor. Poses can be modified to suit individual needs. 

Please remember to bring your mat and anything else you may need for your practice.

All library programs are free. All are welcome to attend but space is limited.
