a one-on-one 15 minute appointment with a librarian might help.
During your appointment, the librarian will do their best to help you with your device. If the librarian cannot help, they will refer you to someone outside of the library who may be able to provide assistance.
Please bring your device with you if possible. However, we are not able to repair your device or handle your device while helping you. We will walk you through the process verbally while you handle your device.
Register for a session, and be here as close to 1:00pm as you can. You will be helped in the order in which you arrive at the library. Drop-ins are welcome when space is available and will be helped after registered attendees have been helped.
This is not a class, just short, one-one-one help sessions.The appointments will not extend beyond the 15 minute period.
