Newark Unified School District is providing a free after school meal.

For ages 1-18 only.  Children and youth must be present.  

Food will be distributed in the library lobby while supplies last.

Monday-Thursday, 3:15 pm-4:00 pm, 

except Thursday, October 10 (for Alameda County Library Staff Development Day)

and on days Newark USD is closed:

• October 7 - NUSD Staff Development Day (no students) 
• October 14 - Indigenous People's Day
• November 11 - Veteran's Day
• November 25-29 - Thanksgiving Holiday week
• December 23-January 3 - Winter Break
• January 6 - Teacher workday (no students)
• January 20 - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day
• February 10 - President Lincoln's Birthday
• February 17 - President's Day holiday
• March 3 - Teacher workday (no students)
• April 18-25 - Spring Break
