The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday, and hanging lanterns symbolizes happiness and reunion.
In this workshop, Ms. Cynthia will introduce the origins and significance of the Mid-Autumn Festival and explain the basics of calligraphy and how to use a brush pen. Afterward, children will have the opportunity to write simple Mid-Autumn Festival blessings on lanterns with a brush pen, experiencing the beauty of Chinese calligraphy.
This program is designed for kids, ages 7-12. Please register for this workshop as space and supplies are limited.
