Join us at the library for this mindful and wellness workshop from Tendwell Collective!

From the comfort of a chair, we'll move mindfully and slowly to soothe the nervous system, to stretch the body, and to build a little strength and stability. This class is perfect for seniors, folks with limited space, folks with limited mobility, and for those curious about yoga.


No registration is required, but feel free to register if you would like an email reminder.
