Once again, it is time to fold donated books!

Please join us at Newark Library for a Book Folding Event

Our readers donate used books. We make some of them into small book sculptures.

What do you need to participate in this event?

• An interest in learning how to fold book pages to make a word, an object, or a geometrical figure
• Be a teen or an adult (upper elementary or middle school children could participate if accompanied by an adult)

The library will provide used books for folding and teach you how to do it. No previous skills or experience are needed.

An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least three business days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org.
