Join us at the Albany Library for our series Mindfulness Mondays where we offer a variety of mindfulness experiences and exercises each month.
For this event, we will have a short guided mediation and discuss as a group.
This program is beginner friendly.
We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga matt or blanket if you have one. We will provide carpet squares as well as chair seating for those with mobility issues.
Please arrive on time. Due to the nature of this program, doors will be closed 5 minutes after the start of the program to minimize disruptions.
