To get the most out of the yoga practice, come with an empty stomach and wear comfortable loose clothing. Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle.
No registration required. Attendees must complete an activity waiver form upon arriving at the event in order to participate. Program repeats on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month.
Akila Padmanabhan is a yoga teacher pursuing a diploma in yoga therapy. She began her yoga journey over 5 years ago and has been teaching wellness yoga, prenatal yoga and therapy yoga classes for kids and adults.
