May 19, Friday: Journal Making Use scrapbook paper, washi tape, and other materials to alter a composition notebook. In the process, learn how making something with your hands can contribute to mental wellness. All supplies will be provided.
May 26, Friday: Writing & Journaling Explore the benefits of expressive writing, and start journaling in the notebook you created in the previous session.
This program is designed for adults.
Registration is required. Only registered participants will be allowed into the library prior to opening.
