Come celebrate Holi at the San Lorenzo Library!

Holi is an ancient Hindu tradition and also one of the most popular festivals in Hinduism. It celebrates the eternal and divine love of god Radha Krishna, triumph of good over evil, the arrival of Spring and departure of Winter, and love. Holi celebrations are also known as the Festival of Colors, the Festival of Spring, and the Festival of Love.

Join us as we learn about Holi and experience a mini color run, where participants will be doused in color, or stay and play at our color water stations. Be sure to wear white to make all the vibrant colors POP! 

This event is appropriate for all ages and is outdoors. Color powder is washable, but this will be a fun and messy event!
