Bystander Intervention Training

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Description

Join us for an interactive Bystander Intervention Training to learn how to safely intervene if you witness a hate crime or bias incident.

In this training participants will learn hands-on skills that can help you de-escalate a hate incident before it leads to violence, how to create a safe space, and how to support the person being targeted.

This interactive training is provided by the Council on American-Islamic Relations, California, and it is in support of United Against Hate Week, November 13-19, 2022
