Kung Fu and Self Defense for Kids

Description

Immerse your child into the fun and enriching experience of Wushu Kung Fu. In a 5-day camp held virtually by Legend Kung Fu, students will gain exposure to Kung Fu and self-defense fundamentals through a hands-on engaging experience with the instructors.

In this course, students will be exposed to Kung Fu, a martial art aimed to use as a catalyst to train both students' bodies and minds. Whether your child is interested in developing their skills and coordination or focus and discipline, this program is the perfect summer fitness camp for your student.

Supplies

  • Device to run Zoom with a working camera
    • Computers/Chromebooks are recommended to allow easier viewing of the instructor
  • Small open area to allow students to move comfortably

Intended Audience

  • Ages 6 and Up

Students must attend all 5 classes from June 14 through June 18. Space is limited and fills up very quickly. Please register with the student's name, not the parent's.

Zoom link will be sent 3 days before the first class. 

Note to Registered Students: you must be in the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes BEFORE the class starts on the first day or your seat may be canceled and released to the waiting list. Make sure your name matches the registration before you hit the "join" button.

Note to Waitlisted students: you will receive an email notification around 10:30 AM on the day of the first class if a seat becomes available for you. You will then have 10 minutes to log in to confirm your seat.


We at AC Library care about your privacy. We use Zoom to host our virtual programs. None of our live programs are recorded and none of the chat logs are saved.
