Grief is a natural process, but many people are restricted from the supports and rituals that aid grieving during while we follow social distancing and other Covid-19 guidelines.
Hospice East Bay will provide a short presentation on understanding grief and lead a private discussion on ways we can find support and grieve during this time and in the future.
This group is appropriate for those who are recently bereaved, suffered a loss years ago, or those that want to support friends or family. Please join us to learn and share with others. Participants will have an opportunity to submit questions anonymously.
Please register and you will be emailed a meeting link the morning of the program.
We at ACLibrary care about your privacy. We use Zoom to host our virtual programs. None of our live programs are recorded and none of the chat logs are saved. Everyone registered for an online program will receive the link to participate in a separate email before the program begins.
An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least three business days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or email@example.com.
